Our story
C H Communications Pty Ltd was founded in July 2015 by Henry and Carmen Chambers. It is a 100% black owned Small business and 93% of the staff are previously disadvantaged.
Henry and Carmen have both been employed by Telkom SA Ltd and saw an opportunity to start their own business when Telkom offered Retrenchment packages to its staff.
Henry Chambers was an Operational Manager at the time of his exit from Telkom SA Ltd. He has been an award winning Operations manager within his business unit and well respected by his peers, subordinates as well as the management team.
Carmen Chambers was also an Operational Manager at the time of her exit. She has been a success story in the Company’s drive to empower females in a male dominating environment. She started out as a bursary student in 1994, obtaining her National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and was identified and chosen to participate in many Female Development initiatives.
